Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers using the EDAS System. A full paper should not have more than five (5) IEEE style pages including the results, figures and references. All the papers will be reviewed using the standard reviewing procedure (by at least 2 independent anonymous reviewers). Accepted papers will be published on IEEEXplore. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers in the following international journals:

  • Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Elsevier Impact Factor: 2.019, Source: 2014 Journal Citation Reports® (Thomson Reuters, 2015) - confirmed
  • Statistical Methods in Medical Research,, SAGE Publishing Impact Factor: 4.472, Source: 2014 Journal Citation Reports® (Thomson Reuters, 2015) – to be confirmed
  • Computers in Human Behaviour, , Elsevier Impact Factor: 2.694, Source: 2014 Journal Citation Reports® (Thomson Reuters, 2015) – confirmed
Note: The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented. To be published in the IEEE SSH 2016 Workshop Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE /Xplore®/, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers in the workshop, one registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Papers will be published in the IEEE HEALTHCOM 2016 Workshop Proceedings and submitted to IEEE /Xplore®/.
